Requirements

BCBA

  • master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Active state license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations
  • Telehealth, clinic, on-site, or in-home, choose your setting
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged

RBT

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Work under direct supervision of a BCBA
  • Experience with ABA therapy preferred but not required, we provide training
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged

1099 or W-2, Here's How It Actually Works

W-2 Employee

1099 Contractor
