Practice across four settings, outpatient clinics, in-home, on-site, and telehealth. Choose 1099 or W-2, orthopedic and neuro focus, and join a team of 70+ physical therapists. Founded as PT in LA, 2011.

Why PTs & PTAs Choose All Care

We started as a PT practice in Los Angeles in 2011 and grew into a multidisciplinary company. Physical therapy is in our DNA.

You Choose How You Work

1099 contractor for maximum flexibility, or W-2 for stability and benefits. Full-time, part-time, or independent contractor, your career, your terms.

Four Settings, One Company

Outpatient clinics in SoCal, in-home in Nevada, on-site services, and our expanding tele-PT program. Choose the setting that fits your life.

Orthopedic + Neuro Focus

Heavy orthopedic caseload, neck/cervical pain (#1 volume), back pain, knee, shoulder, hip. Plus neuro rehab, stroke recovery, and sports injuries.

Interdisciplinary Care Model

Your PT work pairs with virtual OT (ergonomics, daily function) and SLP on unified care plans. Patients get comprehensive care, you collaborate, not duplicate.

Therapist-Owned Since 2011

ACT started as PT in LA and grew into a multidisciplinary company with 400+ therapists. Clinical decisions stay clinical because our leadership knows the work.
