SLP & SLPA Careers — Choose Your Model, Set Your Schedule

Join 400+ therapists at the largest medically-based teletherapy company in the U.S. Pick 1099 or W-2, work in any of four settings, and we handle your cross-state licensure. Therapist-owned since 2011.

Why SLPs & SLPAs Choose All Care

The therapist market is frustrated by rigid schedules, forced engagement models, and no control over their workload. Here's what we do differently.

You Choose How You Work

1099 contractor for maximum flexibility, or W-2 for stability and benefits. Full-time, part-time, or independent contractor. Your career, your terms.

We Handle Cross-State Licensure

Most companies make you figure out multi-state licensing alone. We handle it — expand your reach, your caseload, and your earning potential across 10+ states.

Set Your Own Schedule

Work 40 hours this week and 25 next week. Scale up during busy seasons, scale down when life demands it. You control your caseload.

Clinical Caseloads You Actually Want

70% pediatric, 30% adult/geriatric. Diverse conditions from day one — articulation, autism, aphasia, voice, dysphagia, and more. Medically-based, outcomes-focused.

Therapist-Owned Company

Our leadership includes licensed therapists. Clinical decisions stay clinical. You get a real team with 400+ therapists — not a staffing agency contract.

Work in Any Setting

Telehealth from home, clinic-based, on-site, or in-home — all four settings available. You choose what fits your expertise and lifestyle.
