Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

Delivery: Telehealth and on-site

Our SLPs deliver evaluations, IEP therapy sessions, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language disorders. Services include articulation therapy, language intervention, fluency treatment, social communication support, and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC).

By Age Group

Preschool (3-5)

Speech sound disorders, expressive/receptive language delay, social communication. 2-3x/week, 20-30 min sessions.

Elementary (K-5)

Largest service group. Articulation, phonological disorders, language, fluency. Teletherapy highly effective.

Middle School (6-8)

Language-based learning disabilities, social communication/pragmatics, fluency. Students more independent in tele.

High School (9-12)

Social communication, AAC, vocational communication. Consultative or 1x/week. Tele is ideal.

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Delivery: Telehealth and on-site

Our OTs support students with fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills needed for classroom participation. Services address handwriting, self-regulation, sensory needs, daily living skills, and assistive technology.

By Age Group

Preschool (3-5)

Sensory regulation, fine motor, self-help, play skills. In-person strongly preferred for this age group.

Elementary (K-5)

Handwriting, sensory strategies, self-regulation. Hybrid model: tele for visual-motor, in-person for hands-on motor.

Middle School (6-8)

Often consultative. Organization, self-management, community skills. Tele viable for most.

High School (9-12)

Transition planning, vocational OT, assistive tech, independent living. Hybrid delivery.

Physical Therapy (PT)

Delivery: On-site

Our PTs address gross motor, mobility, and physical function needs for students with IEP or 504 plans. Services include mobility training, positioning, wheelchair and adaptive equipment assessment, and gross motor skill development.

Preschool (3-5)

ABA Therapy (BCBA & RBT)

Delivery: On-site and telehealth

Our BCBAs and behavior technicians deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services for students with autism and developmental needs. Services include functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, social skills development, and caregiver/teacher training.

Flexible Delivery Models

On-Site Staffing

Licensed therapists placed at your school sites, working within your schedule and integrated with your staff. Best for preschool, sensory integration, feeding therapy, and PT services.

Telehealth Services

Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions. Requires only a Chromebook and internet. Best for SLP articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and OT visual-motor services for ages 5+.

Hybrid Model

A combination of on-site and telehealth services tailored to your district's needs. Most large districts use this model, telehealth for SLP overflow, in-person for preschool and OT sensory.

Specialized School Services

Beyond ongoing therapy, districts need evaluation capacity, SLPA supervision, and compensatory service delivery.

Evaluations & Assessments

  • Initial evaluations within statutory timelines (60 days CA, 45 school days TX/NV)
